Westword September Music Fest at Elitch Gardens!

We had a great time at Elitch Gardens last week! A buncha lucky ticket winners got free passes from us - some even including parking! Several of these went to the park early, and got in a full day of rides before the performance as well. And a good time was had by all. Feedback from the organizers was positive - we expect to be back next year. Look for another giveaway mid summer (if'n you can remember that long - if not, we'll remind all y'all).

As indicated on the Schedule page, we just scored a last-minute engagement at Six Flags Elitch Gardens amusement park! We have a number of free passes to give away for this performance. Not just any old passes - these are good for free all-day admission to all rides and such in addition to our usual stellar performance. These have a regular value of $37.99 each!

Just as a reminder, this performance will be at Elitch’s International Stage, from 5pm - 9pm, Saturday, September 24.

Wanna have a last blast at Elitches - on us? Just send us an email indicating why we should award tickets to you, rather than the next deserving accomplice. Special consideration likely to be awarded for demonstrated knowledge of the band. Let us know how many tickets you’d like - we’ll balance your submission against our allotment of passes. Don’t forget to include contact info, so we can tell you if you have passes coming.

We have a very limited number of tickets available - if you can’t make it to the performance, your ticket will not only go to waste, but you’d be depriving another less-bogarty person of the joy and rapture they may have been awarded. Accordingly, please ensure you intend to make the performance before asking for tickets.

The tickets are going fast! Less than a dozen left! Get your requests in now!

For those who score, the tickets will be available at the entrance to the park. Near the main entrance is a kiosk entitled "External Guest Relations". Go to this kiosk, and let them know that The Usual Suspects have left tickets with them for your use. You will need to give them your name. That's pretty much all there is to it. They'll give you the tickets.

It is unclear at this point what time we will be able to get there to leave the tickets with External Guest Relations. There will be a followup message when we figure it out.
